Change or Update Your Profile Details
Log into My bidorbuy and go the the My Account section to update or change your details:
- Name and surname
- Phone number
- Email address
- X-rated viewing settings
- SMS outbid alerts settings
- Newsletter subscription preferences
- Shipping addresses
- Saved cards
When you change your email address or your mobile phone number, you will have to go through the authentication process again to activate your account.

To see the details of any orders you may have placed through bidorbuy, sign in to your My bidorbuy account and go to the Buying tab. Then click on the All items bought or won link under Purchases.
